Questions that open a better way of understanding and building.

- **Information, semantics and knowledge** — How a system knows it has found enough evidence, and what it does with whatever contradicts itself.
- **Language** — What must stay invariant when the language changes, and how to detect a shift in meaning that sounds right.
- **Decisions and optimisation** — When it is better to recommend, when to decide, and what a system should optimise when objectives compete.
- **Operations** — What it means to finish a task, what must be remembered for months, and how an unforeseen exception is designed.
- **Agents** — Which responsibilities must stay deterministic, and how an operation is shared out without losing a single point of responsibility.
- **Projects** — How to represent what a project does not yet know, and what evidence supports a past decision.
- **Physical Intelligence** — How to act when perception is not enough, which decisions stay local, and which signal proves an effect.

Answers can close part of the problem and open a more precise question. We keep both so that the learning continues.

A good question clarifies concepts, makes assumptions visible and makes it possible to design a test.

We gather questions that come up in several systems and that go on guiding decisions, experiments and conversations.

Each card distinguishes why it matters, what evidence we have, what we believe for now and what remains open. Some questions are answered by research; others only change shape when we try to build.

We publish questions, readings, systems and experiments that make it possible to follow how our judgement evolves.
