We like to hear how the work really runs, what knowledge already exists and what change would be valuable for your organisation. The first message can start from a specific situation, an open question, a recurring difficulty or an ambition that is still looking for its best form.

How to work with 3.14
- What is the price? How much does it cost? Do you publish pricing or rates?
- 3.14 does not publish prices or rates. What a system costs depends on the scope, on the information available and on the result it has to hold up, and those three things are learned in a conversation. The proposal is prepared out of that conversation.
- How do I ask for a quote or a proposal? How do I hire you?
- With an email. It helps to say what you want to understand, decide or put into operation, what information you already have, who will use the system and when you would like to see it running. From that we prepare a proposal with scope, deliverables and evaluation; hiring us is accepting that proposal.
- Can you show a demo?
- The Laboratory demonstrators and the systems in practice on the home page are public and can be examined today, with their real state and their limits. A demo on your own case is prepared after the first conversation, once we know what is worth showing.
- What timelines do you work to?
- They depend on the scope, and a published general timeline would be false for almost every case. The timeline is set in the proposal, together with what is delivered at each step and how it is checked.
- Who are your clients? Can you show case studies?
- This site does not publish client names or case studies. What we show are our own systems and demonstrators, with their architecture, their maturity and their limits: evidence that can be examined instead of a logo.
- What happens when I write?
